Savvy N Sassy will be looking for FIVE energetic and creative designers who love ribbon to join our design team!

If you are interested in receving a new and exciting ribbon card in the mail each month filled with beautiful designs and colors then this call is for you!

Each month you will receive our Ribbon Kit of the Month in the mail. In turn, you will provide for us three projects/layouts to showcase in our gallery. These items created are not sole property of Savvy N Sassy. You will be able to post them in other online galleries, blogs, submissions etc. The only stipulation we ask is that you just add in the "ribbon provided by Savvy N Sassy" phrase when sharing your layouts.

Design Team members will receive a discount on stock in store and free shipping on purchases with each months kit.

(as long as they are lettermail, larger items will be charged extra )

As a design team member, we are seeking individuals who are interested in bonding with the team as a whole, have time to post and upload layouts to share and inspire with everyone on a regular basis.

If you are interested and believe you would be a fit for our team then please submit the following:

-- three projects or layouts showcasing your use of ribbon

-- small bio about yourself including email and snail mail address

-- list of any other design teams you are on

-- please acknowledge how much time you are comfortable with

Last month I was inspired by Designer Diaries Blog. There was a Canvas challange posted there that caught my attention right away!

The challange was to create a meaningful, lasting gift for our loved ones. A altered Canvas for someone special in our lives. The perfect gift, which carries meaning, is easily displayed and handmade.

Be sure to check out Designer Diaries Blog! They have great challanges, sketches, contests and prizes. Lots of information including product reviews, techniques. A all around great source of inspiration for you!

I choose to create a 8x8 Canvas of me and my son Dumitru. I cropped the photo, changed the color to black and white and softened the edges!

Sweetheart - this is what my son Antoni calls me everyday! Oh sweetgeart can you do this for me!! He is just so cute when he says this, he uses this soft sweet voice.

Choo Choo - Is what My youngest son Dumitru gets called everyday, by everyone. I dunno why it syuck,daddy started calling him this!

Boogers - This is what we called my son Antoni when he was younger - sometimes it is just PUNK now!!

My simple pleasures that make my day that much better:

** My morning coffee YUM YUM (today is hot choc) I enjoy to sit down in the am and check my emails and read the message boards! Nice way to relaxe and wake up slowly.

** My vanilla body wash that only comes from AVON - love to have my shower and use this it smells so frsh and sweet!! LOVE VANILLA!!!

**ALL MY ONLINE FREINDS - they are always there for anything I need and always listen when I need to vent! THANX! you know who you are!

**When my son tells me I am the best mommy and thanks for cooking this great super! Your kids can make you feel so special in a way no one else can! love that!

**Scrappy mail of course!!! Love to get any good mail for ME! Doesnt matter to me if it is a envelope, a box, a RAK anything is all GOOD!

**When cos thinks of me for no reason and brings flowers, or scrap mags, anything without me asking is always nice!

Savvy n Sassy is finally coming together! We have had so much help and support from everyone so far! Thanks everyone!!!!! Jaklin totally rocks, she has designed and loaded all our pages. They all look so pretty and organized! We still have a few small things to do and get worked out! But as it stands we are moving forward fast! I am so exited about our DT, we have started out our Team with 3 great girls, Stacy, Vikki and Jaklin. I am so excited to work with all 3 of them! We will also be adding 5 more members to our team.

5 Goals for me

I have to think hard for goals! lol I think i will do a list of realistic things so i feel good and might actually get them done lololol

1. 2 boxes of clothes............I would like to clean out my closet and throw out at least another 2 boxes of clothes! I don't even know where these clothes all come from! I don't even wear alot of them! So a min of 2 boxes!!

2. The change...................To save all my change all year!! I have a huge jar we are saving for vacation! I guess i better start putting 100.00 a month away for scrapfest 2007! Cause I really want to meet my friends on the east side of me!!

3. Make my bed................... in the morning when I get up, I never seem to get the bed made unless i do it right away! You know I have millions of things i have or want to do and seems to always get put aside!!! So as long as i do it ASAP it should get done!!!

4. Start My book............ of romania vacation - I have yet to scrap any pages of the pictures and would really like to get a good start before 2007 rolls along! I am hoping to have 15 pages started!! I am thinking 8.5x11 Landscape will be the album size! what u think??????

5. My camera................... discover a way to get a new camera - maybe a rebel!!! maybe is a am good Santa Cos will bring me one????

But Caroline was so awsome she gave me one of her PINK glue guns to take home!! She was just one of the coolest people!!

I ordered some books from a book company and then phoned and paid with my Visa. Well they then phoned me a month later and said they didn't receive a payment- WHAT THE HELL???? So I had to pay to dig up bank info to prove I paid! NOT HAPPY! So I proceed to tell this lady I no longer wish to pay her any money when it cant even get recorded , and she needs to cancel my mebership! Well she sends me some cheesy ASS coupons for 5.00 off my next purchase!! WHICH I AM NEVER MAKING THERE!! So I tossed it aside and the bills the sent after that for cancellation!! Well now it going to collections - PFFFFFFFFFFFFF SO I PHONED HER AND FREAKED RIGHT OUT!!! I told her I hope it worth the 22.00 - I am gonna pay it and THEN I GONNA BAD MOUTH YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVERY MOMMY GROUP I BELONG TO ONLINE - I told her 40 HAHAHAHAHA! Then i said I will phone the BBB and my lawyer. I said on the back of your bill it says FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE - she broke the contract - I didn't get this!!! regardless I SWORE AND YELLED - and she took away the 22.00 HAHAHAHAHA I WIN - I AIN'T PAYING!!!!

I met my friend Nina in 1991 and we been friends since. We did many BAD BAD BAD things through highscool (teenage years - hahahahaha) Well we don't chat as often as we should - but heck if something important happens, the phone will ring! We can talk and it just like yesterday!! Anyways she sent me this email the other day and it made me LAUGH so HARD!! I forgot about the red dinosaurs but as soon as soon as I read the email IT WAS like I was there yesterday!!! I wonder if she still has all those notes we wrote in highschool!!! Hahahaha!NINA KICKS ASS!!!!

Hi there Miss Rhea, I have not talked to you in a very berry long time. I even missed your b"day! I have to be the worst friend ever. I missed meghans too. We are getting old right. I am going to be moving to Vancouver in September. Hopefully that will all work out good. I think it will be a nice change and I can finish school that way and then I can work on coming back here once I get my Bacholors. I really do like it here. My aunt thinks I will meet and marry an American when I am back in Canada. That would be funny. What is new with you? I hope you are doing good and how are your sweet lil boys? Probly not that little anymore. It is funny, someone asked me if I could iron the other day? I just laughed because member when your mom gave you 25 cents for each piece of clothing that you ironed just so we could go buy some red dinosaurs... man those were the good old days eh? I love those red Dinosaurs I cant find them anywhere here. I am at work right now and it is very hot out. I am sweating. Just the way I like it. LOL! It is gonna be crazy being back in Canada. All My friends have babies and even Katheren is having a baby now. I will have no one to party with. I guess that means it is time for me to grow up too eh? But I am not having any kids.. That I am still sure of.. I am sure you are laughing now.. And So I will leave you with that thought! I love you Rhea and Miss you tons. Although I am a horrible friend who doesn't call or write.
